Quiet and perfect hotel, we loved this place.
The location was favourable and magnificent close to bus stops that could take you straight to town for £2. For short-orders there was Costa Coffee, we found it close by. Triple room with an another attached bedroom for the third person which also had plenty of space, had essentials required. Coffee, a kettle and a carpet were included.

All good — we loved this family-run hotel — the food was good and the staff were helpful and caring. Our triple room was huge with views of arthur's seat. Everything met requirements, had a very nice stay for the value of the stay.
